Plan members can now access an enhanced UnitedHealth Choice Plus Network online directory experience on umr.com. The Provider Search Experience (PSX) and Cost Estimation Experience (CEX) replaces the previous Find Price and Care tool (FPC) for registered members.

PSX features include:

• Improved provider search accuracy in fewer steps
• Side-by-side provider comparisons with map view
• More personalized experience to help members find care
• Patient ratings and reviews on front page of provider details page

CEX features include:

• Robust cost estimates home page for intuitive member experience
• One-tap estimates for common procedures
• Fewer steps for members to customize search details
• Clear links to pages focused on specific areas of care
