Akumin Agreement Termination

Effective June 30, 2025, our agreement with Akumin (MRI's) will come to an end.

This agreement previously allowed the Benefits Fund to cover members' 20% co-insurance for MRI services received at Akumin/ADG facilities.

What does this mean for members?

Akumin/ADG facilities will remain in-network, but members will now be responsible for their 20% co-insurance, just as they would at any other in-network imaging facility.
